My first experience staying at this hotel, I was given a free upgrade to a junior suite by Mbak Wulan, the swimming pool and restaurant are open to the public.

Sunlake is always our choice when we're in North Jakarta. Our home away from home. The front office staff was super helpful in getting us a room that met our expectations, namely cool air conditioning. Mas Zaenal and Mbak Wulan were super helpful. I was allowed to check the room temperature before actually checking in. I was also allowed to check in early at 1 PM because I had been standing by at the hotel since 8 AM to take my husband to his graduation ceremony. I always ask for room 620 when I go to Sunlake because the AC is cool after getting this room several times. When it turned out that room 620 was not available, the front desk staff helped us get room 816, which was also cool. The AC was cool, the room was comfortable, and my husband's master's graduation ceremony on April 25-26 went very smoothly even though the hotel was super crowded with the graduates' families. Sunlake's super-experienced staff didn't feel awkward or panicked but anticipated the situation well. Thank you, Sunlake. Will definitely be back next time we are in the Sunter or Priok area. Keep up the good work and renovate a bit..sometimes the smell in the hallway smells like the building or old carpet. If you can replace the furniture, it would be really cool..so the atmosphere will be fresher and not inferior to the newly opened hotel in Sunter..best wishes, Elyda A.N.

Everything is nice, the staff are all nice, no matter how cheap or expensive the room is, all the staff are really nice in their treatment.

The location is quite nice, and I hope it gets even better next time. The pool is clean and there's a no-smoking sign. It's easy to get everywhere, with Artha Gading Mall and Sunter Mall within walking distance, and the hotel also has several decent cafes and restaurants. The gym is also great, with equipment that looks brand new. Hopefully, I'll be able to come back again next time.

Our first time staying at this hotel, we were given a free upgrade to a fairly spacious room with a bathtub. Since we were bringing children, there were plenty of child-friendly facilities, including a swimming pool, mini zoo, and two playgrounds. The food was quite adequate, with a good variety, but some areas for improvement in taste. For me, the chicken curry was a little too salty, and the shrimp was a little too savory. Other than that, we were very satisfied, especially with the service.

For the second time staying at Sunlike Best

The hotel staff was friendly, and I liked the spacious room. The bathroom was clean. The food was quite tasty and had a good variety.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted with excellent and friendly service. The front desk was top-notch, the surroundings were beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. This is my second time staying here.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean, and fragrant rooms. It's kid-friendly, with several playgrounds: two indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor playground is very spacious. There are also several animals, making it a fun place for kids to play.

For this staycation, the service has started to improve a lot. I took a family room with breakfast and dinner, so far all is good, there is an electric stove and a set of pans if you want to cook in the room. However, during the check-in process, I had to wait to enter the room even though I checked in at 3:00 PM, so I entered the room at 3:30 PM for some reason, while I saw other guests immediately given room cards upon check-in. For dinner, all the food was still complete, only the taste of some variants was a bit bland or too sweet for the BBQ grill. For breakfast, I managed to order juice because there were no staff on standby at the stall. I asked for it from three people, and it only arrived 10 minutes before breakfast was over.
