Awesome Hotel, awesome service

It was a pleasant experience for me, my first staycation at Horison Ultima Bekasi. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted warmly by the security guard. The check-in and check-out processes were also very friendly and easy. Thank you Horison Ultima Bekasi. I look forward to my next staycation at Horison. Thank you also to Traveloka.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in is fast, breakfast is varied, and it's easy to get to the nearest mall. The view is beautiful, making it perfect for a short staycation for those living in the Greater Jakarta area, and the toll road is very close.

A very strategic location, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, and a complete and varied breakfast menu, both delicious and tasty. Ample and secure parking. Sukses Horison

Overall it's good, next to the mall so you can walk around, there's a children's and adult pool, check in and check out are not stiff. Fast work when we ask for help, lending an iron and a table. Only the room maintenance should be improved, so guests enter the room already ready, the AC is hot, when complaining immediately the maintenance came quickly, and it turned out to be dirty cleaned first, (2 rooms like that, because I booked 2 rooms), even though it was immediately repaired but the room means it's not ready to use, we have to call, we have to be hot first, we have to wear a headscarf again.. a little disturbed because when I wanted to go straight to bed, there was a light switch that was loose and about to come off,

It was great experience staying in Horisson Ultima Bekasi, the location is perfect. The room was spacious and clean, food for breakfast was great too. My husband and I had good time here, thank you Horisson Team

When checking in, there were already many complaints, starting from the access card not working, the room AC was not cold at all, it turned out the filter was dirty, the WiFi was very slow, in the end we added a router, there was only one mouthwash cup in the toilet, and the gong on the cupboard door was loose. But luckily everything was responsive. So far it's okay.

The service was very satisfying. All the staff were very friendly and calm in serving customers. The hotel has adequate facilities and appears to be in the process of continuous renovation. Continued growth and continued success, Horison.

All the facilities are better than the previous time I stayed here.

It is very convenient for families when we work in Bekasi city, it is easy for wives and children to reach all destinations.

Great overall service and located next to a mall with lots of restaurant options. I didn't get a call from receptionist asking whether I would like to extend or not (which I always get around 1 hour before check-out time at another hotels) and I checked-out at 1 pm due to falling asleep. Luckily I didn't get additional charged

I've stayed here twice. The rooms are clean, close to public facilities, in the same location as Metropolitan Mall, and the breakfast is varied and delicious.
