A staycation close to home, with plenty of breakfast options. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff is kind and friendly. I definitely won't regret staying here.

Overall, it's okay. I've been here twice, but unfortunately, the second time the pool was just cleaned.

Suitable for staycation with family

Unfortunately, we got a room in an old building; some of the chair legs were broken, and the living room wasn't well-lit. Children were charged for breakfast, depending on their height. Noodles ordered for breakfast weren't made, which ultimately led to my child not eating them.

Highly recommended, suitable for all groups.

The check-in process was incredibly long. I arrived at the hotel around 1:00, queued for about 10 minutes, then the customer service representative said the room wasn't ready and said it would be ready around 3:00. So I had lunch and walked around the mall next to the hotel. At 3:10 I returned to the hotel and was still told to wait, claiming the room wasn't ready yet. At 3:30 I returned to the reception and waited for quite a while because the queue was very long. And of course, I didn't want to queue anymore because I had been checking in since 1:00. And finally, I had to raise my voice a little to get service. And finally, I was given the room key. Note: because there were so many guests who hadn't found a room, the lobby was very crowded and hot, which was really uncomfortable.

Always the destination hotel every time I go to Bekasi.

The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant

Room service, reception, and food were all pleasant. However, when it was time for breakfast, my husband left with his friend, and I wasn't allowed in, claiming I was only allowed one person. After much complaining, I was finally allowed in. The breakfast staff needs to be more thorough; they're already grumpy in the morning.

Will be back! The Horison branch in Bekasi is overall great.

This is a fairly old hotel, comparable to the older hotels in the Bekasi area, but it's very well-maintained. The quality of both services and property is on par with newer hotels. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing time in Bekasi.

The staff is friendly, and during breakfast they are always quick to go around the dining table to check on finished dishes. The downsides are the toilets could be cleaned more, they're not very clean (706), and the elevator to the MM mall smells of cigarettes. Otherwise, it's fine.

Slightly below expectations, but fortunately, we got a room in the old building. Suggestion: Many points need immediate renovation. Thanks.

The pool is okay, only access to the car park in my opinion is very extreme path if parking in P5.

The service is all good, only the Wi-Fi network is slow, hehehe.

The facilities are complete, comfortable, and the staff are all friendly, responsive, and attentive. I'm sure I'll stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi again next time.
