Most of the time I come here for business purposes, but this time it is not recommended for my family stay. I would say this experience is below expectation for Shangri La's standard. Did not get the room as I requested, the reason given was it would make me wait longer even though I checked in later, and no late check-out was offered either. I understood it was the holiday season and crowded, and the staff might be exhausted, but still, the service must be on point.

The swimming pool and children's play area are very clean.

Very recommended for family staycation. The breakfast was perfect.

My kids love swimming here. We parents don't have to worry either. There are free life jackets. The pool is clean. No need to leave the hotel anymore. Kids are comfortable, parents are at ease.

My first time staying here. The staff was very friendly, and we even extended our check-out period to make it even more enjoyable. There's a complimentary tennis court for in-house guests—a truly 5-star experience. Very satisfied.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in schedule. The reservation staff was very kind and friendly. While waiting for the room to be ready, we were given access cards so we could use the hotel facilities such as the spa and eat at the restaurant without any hassle because it could be charged to the room.

This is my third time staying at the Shangri-La. My first two visits were many years ago, yet the hotel’s standards haven't wavered; true to its name, it consistently delivers a five-star experience. The hospitality is top-notch and the breakfast spread is incredibly diverse. While the exterior has an 'old-fashioned' look, it retains a timeless 'old money' elegance that is still very comfortable. The highlight for me, however, is definitely the swimming pool—especially the kids' pool area, which is simply the best!
