The room is comfortable and very clean even though it is an old hotel, the staff are friendly too, the breakfast is just standard, the location is very strategic, if you want to go to Blok M, you just have to cross the road.

It's pretty good, the TV in the room is blue, plus the AC isn't cold enough.

It's pretty good, unfortunately there's no telephone and the TV isn't working. After contacting the engineering department, they found out that the TV cable isn't there and the telephone isn't there either. How's the housekeeping performance?

Very close to the culinary scene of Blok M and a very easy transportation hub.

The staff were the best! I found a lizard in my bathroom & I couldn't sleep or stay in that room anymore, they arranged for me to move to another room after that! I also found a cockroach in the other room I moved into, but they also cleaned the room right after I informed them of that.

Great location as it is really close to Blok M Square

Parking is limited and not very spacious. So far, so good. Even though it's an older hotel, it's not bad.

A FO named Bobby was very helpful because the AC in my room was having problems, and I ended up being moved to another room. But I'm sure that was because the other FOs also heard my complaint.
