The hotel staff was friendly and very quick to respond to requests for assistance. The room decor was a bit dated, the toilet was a bit dirty, and the mattress was a bit unclean. Other than that, everything was fine, except for the room itself.

First time we booked, the junior suite room was big and clean. But the second time we stayed in a deluxe room, it was not so good. The bathroom was old, the shower curtain had mold, then there were a lot of cockroaches. A bit disappointed. But the staff were excellent!

My stay at Ambhara was so wonderful! I chose this hotel because I loved the interior, it matched my aesthetic perfectly. Everything about the experience was comfortable, especially the location. The staff were also super kind and attentive throughout my stay. Thank you for keeping me safe and comfortable for the entire 5 days, 4 nights, Ambhara! I’d love to stay here again the next time I’m back in Jakarta.

Really like the location 😍. Kurasu is across from Blok M, just 1 km to the yoga pilates studio. Classic heritage room, the downside is that the power outlets are very limited :( But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel ❤️

This is my second time taking the kids for a staycation at this hotel. This time, I stayed in a junior suite. Overall, everything was fine, which is why I chose to stay here again. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. I might just have a small suggestion for the lobby area: add more sofas for seating, as during check-in and check-out, I often found myself waiting standing due to the limited number of chairs or sofas available in the lobby area. Other than that, it's fine.

All staff are so friendly, service excellent. Location in the middle with full public transport access. Junior suite space is bigger than we expected. Price is so reasonable.

Overall, it's okay. The room is clean and comfortable, but the bathroom sometimes has small cockroaches. It's a smoking room, but there's no ashtray. The TV isn't smart yet. Breakfast is okay, but the yellow rice is cold and dry. The pastry is also dry.
