Strategic location in the city center

The staff are all friendly. The coffee is made in an interesting way, using a coffee machine and according to your taste, whether you want Americano, latte, milk, etc. And what's cool is that the staff has a group exercise in the restaurant, and we can join in. And for those of you who have slightly wrinkled clothes, there is an iron and a place for it in each room. Wow, moms really like it 😁 Everything else is okay, often discounts include breakfast, owner ☺️🙏

Friendly, fast and clean service

The AC leaked so much that there was a lot of water on the floor, the toilet was hard to flush and it looked like it was going to fall off, and the bathtub drain was clogged :( Maybe I'm just not having any luck, hopefully it will be better in the future

The hotel atmosphere is horrible, there is a lot of cotton bud trash, but overall it is good. The AC is a central AC that cannot be adjusted, the TV is not Android so it only has regular TV channels.

The room is quite clean, only there are not enough power sockets

Even though it's an old hotel, it's still quite comfortable. The check-in/out process is very fast, no need to wait, you can go straight to your room. The staff are friendly and close to everything.

My solo trip and two-day stay at this hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel's strategic location is close to the Blok M culinary center, malls, and the Sudirman business district. The hotel staff are very friendly, warm, and helpful. The room is very spacious for a price under 500,000 Rupiah via Traveloka. An amazing experience. I won't hesitate to stay here again next time. This was my first time staying at this hotel. Although the building is old, it's well-maintained. All the staff are friendly, especially the reception staff, who were very friendly. I checked in here for three days to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband and children. They helped me with my request for a welcome cake and towel decorations, and the results were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and want to book again for Valentine's Day and other special occasions. To the receptionists, Ms. Fanny and Ms. Hanny, thank you so much, you're so kind and funny.

The rooms are clean, spacious, the hotel location is very strategic in Blok M, the breakfast menu is also varied and delicious.

The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious. However, the hot water for showers isn't hot at all, not even warm. And when I stayed, the room next to ours was undergoing renovations, which made the noise quite disturbing.
