The definition of a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The roof collapsed, luckily my children were not hit. The day before I asked about the TV not being a "smart TV", asked to change rooms, they said no, but I already had a bad feeling about the room. Sure enough, an hour before check out the roof collapsed. What a 5-star hotel. The intention here was to "bring back childhood memories" for the kids, but instead it became bad memories. What a waste. Plus, when we checked out the hotel, we had to pay because there was no information from the receptionist what to show for free parking. It's very basic for you as frontliners to confirm whether guests bring vehicles or not. In my opinion, it's very bad. It's really not a family hotel anymore in my opinion, the collapsed roof is really GONG for a class like Borobudur. Definitely a waste of my time. I will definitely not come here again for anything. Even though I often buy food at Gourmet for my clients, but that's enough for me. No thank you.

This is my umpteenth staycation at this hotel. It's a very family-friendly hotel, with quite comprehensive sports facilities. I really like this hotel.
