Great staff. Clean facility.

Our driver had a horrible experience during our 3 night stay at the property. We paid INR350 /night for the driver however our driver was moved out of his bed during middle of the night and was told to sleep on the floor as the hotel staff had booked too many drivers in the same room. Our driver could not sleep all night.

I like the dining options and friendly staff members.

The rooms are good. The toilets are well made. Breakfast is also good.

The bathrooms were not draining water fast. We had to wait quite a long time

We went to Haridwar for Arthi Visargan and stayed the night here after Ganga Aarti. The hotel is 20 minutes drive and is very clean and staff was great. At the reception the service of Sumit Sharma the Front office Manager was exceptional. The room service was good. Rooms are big and good and clean, washroom was big and clean. Next day we had breakfast buffet which was good but ended very early. The breakfast service experience was enhanced by Sachin waiter.

My parents had a good experience staying there for their annual Haridwar visit.

The hospitality, quality of comfort and food ws excellent. Albeit a bit away from Haridwar, the hotel is rightly positioned to offer the best of comfort and services

The Hotel rooms did not have windows opening to the outside, pretty claustrophobic. They don’t inform this during the booking of the rooms. For a double occupancy room only one key is provided.

The Rooms of the Hotel look into the shaft and they don’t mention that during the booking. The staff is nice and friendly

Good property but reception service is not so great.
