Location was close to Sudirman Ballroom where our event was held. The size of the unit is sufficient for two people. However, it seemed to be vacant for quite some time and had not been cleaned recently. The next morning we woke up red bites all over our arms and legs. It was extremely itchy. The mattress turned out to be breeding ground for bed bugs. It was horrible. The agent offered another unit for the last night of our stay. The red bites are still present until this moment. Went to a dermatologist for treatment because the itch was unbearable.

The room is clean and spacious, there is a TV and is equipped with AC, there is a pantry and a refrigerator too, drinking water is provided so you don't need to buy it outside, the bathroom is clean and complete with a hot shower, clean towels and toothbrush soap are also provided. You can go to the gym and swim at no additional cost. The atmosphere is cool and not noisy. The staff are friendly, the admin is very helpful in making check-in easier. Got a good view too. The room is quite clean and given amenities toothbrush + toothpaste 3 pairs. The bathroom is quite sad, the frosted glass is full of water spots can not be used as a mirror, the sink and faucet are also full of water spots, the toilet is also uncomfortable to use, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the bathroom door cannot be closed, the dirty mat is not replaced. The bathroom really needs to be improved. The plus point is its location which is very close to the Sudirman Grand Ballroom.

The owner is responsive, helpful for all the comforts during your stay at the Apartment, just a little suggestion, the lower part of the kitchen should be tidier and the bathroom should be a little shinier so it looks even better.
