AC is a bit old and not too cold, but was okay overall. Good price and spacious. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is spacious, and shopping is convenient as it's close to both Pratunam and Siam. It's great.

The hotel is situated between budget and upscale areas, offering convenient transportation. Although I arrived in the city during a period of heavy rain and widespread flooding, my stay at this hotel did not affect my ability to get around or shop.

We are a family of three and we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the hotel. Our family room is so huge and all overlooking a very nice view. I will recommend it to our friends.

Very nice surroundings, easy access, very close to major shopping centers like Platinum, December, Big C, very convenient. Those are just a walk away. Hotel is clean enough, service okay. Definitely going back if I visit Bangkok.

The location is very strategic. If you're going to Bangkok, Berkeley is your hotel of choice.

The family booked a room for 4 people. Check-in time was 3 PM, but due to a delayed flight arriving at 6 PM, the room hadn't been arranged yet. When we arrived, the room was quite small, not like in the pictures 👎. The room only had one bed. After about 30 minutes and several phone calls to the reception, the staff brought up a single bed, just like in a hospital, whereas the pictures showed two identical and beautiful beds. The family had already paid a lot of money for a luxury room to enjoy their vacation. When we went down to speak to the reception, the staff were very impolite and arrogant. The room had a bucket of ice for guests, but after we complained, the staff probably refused to serve our room anymore. Since then, we haven't been able to call reception because no one wants to answer. When we requested room cleaning, the staff just threw a pile of towels into the room instead of tidying them up. The breakfast was terrible, only suitable for Middle Eastern tastes. The hotel pool was very small. Overall, it was awful, the only good thing was its proximity to shopping areas. We will never return. 👎👎👎👎

Everything was great: delicious breakfast, great location. Although the toilet was blocked, the staff quickly resolved it. It was a pleasure staying here.
