I'd like to review what's in the photo: 1. Check-in was normal and I met the guy who took care of the room facilities. What was surprising wasn't the hotel receptionist (it turned out they were checking in with the owner of the unit, maybe). 2. I entered the room, and it was as pictured: it smelled of urine, cigarette smoke, was poorly maintained, and the electricity was out when I entered. It was dark (without prior notification, you have to turn on the switch if you enter a room behind the door). 3. The AC wasn't cooling even on air mode. I asked for the remote, but no one delivered it. 4. The TV and Wi-Fi couldn't be used because they said they were having problems. 5. I ended up not staying here because the situation was uncomfortable. Note: For a budget hotel, I don't have high expectations, but this was far too much for the facilities provided. If you're considering staying at this hotel because it's "cheap," please reconsider.

The bed was full of small animals, uncomfortable, my body was itchy, the AC was leaking.

My stay was cancelled due to the amenities not being as advertised. There was no Wi-Fi (the reason was because I booked a standard room), no lights in the room worked, and there was underwear in the closet.

I booked two rooms. When I arrived, the floor had just been mopped and was still wet. There was no lobby staff on standby. In the first room, the shower and sink were unusable, and the hot water was normal. The AC wasn't cold. In the second room, the hot water wasn't flowing, only cold water. Some of the lights were out. The AC was quite cold. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the cleanliness was poor, with cobwebs still visible. All the TVs couldn't be used because they were analog.

Highly not recommended. TV broken, shower broken, 4 power outlets, only one working. Drinking water and toiletries empty. Very disappointed.

When I first booked, I chose this hotel because of its high rating and its 3-star rating. It turned out that upon arriving, the location was behind a plantation, with no vendors or public transportation. Upon check-in, I exchanged my ID card for a key card, and there was no front desk. What was surprising was that when I entered the room, it was extremely dirty, unlike the picture on the app. The ceiling had holes in it, the water heater didn't work, and soap, shampoo, and towels were unavailable, reportedly out of stock. There were no tissues. There was only one pillow. I ended up asking for another one. Since the room was for two people, why was there only one pillow? There were no guest supplies at all, not even drinking water. I ended up buying drinking water from the cafeteria, which could only be ordered via WhatsApp and delivered to my room because guests didn't have access to the cafeteria. The TV in the entire room didn't work, reportedly under repair. After complaining, they finally gave me 1 towel, bar soap, and sachet shampoo. It's not recommended and doesn't deserve to be named a 3-star hotel. But the guy was very patient in serving me. It's just that the hotel didn't pay attention to these things at all. I thought it was just one room. But after checking the other rooms, they were all equally dirty. Very disappointing. And it's a shame that the hotel isn't well maintained.

The location is strategic, but it's a shame there are cigarette ash stains even though it's a non-smoking area. The cleanliness could be improved, otherwise it's okay. It's just a good place to rest.

Receptionist unclear (didn't provide the information needed). 7. Swimming pool facilities are difficult (it's harder to use the pool than to meet Mr. Jokowi). 8. TV in room doesn't work. 9. Lights around the hotel are dim and many are out. 10. It turns out the hotel is being used as a prostitution den, and I felt trapped staying there.

Dirty, smelly room, broken TV as a facility, no toiletries, broken shower, toilet full of dirt, when I asked for a towel I was given a dirty towel, and when I used it, the dirt stuck to my body. It's far from being worthy of what's offered on @app. It's very bad, I've rented a hotel on the app many times, this is the first time I've been given a room that's so bad and far from being worthy of being rented. Please fix it and don't give that rotten room to customers again.

The staff was friendly but not helpful. The room was filthy, with cigarette butts everywhere, lizard droppings everywhere, smelly sheets, a dirty bathroom, dusty floors, no toiletries or cooking utensils, and no trash can at all. Cleanliness needs attention.

The TV is broken, the WiFi doesn't work, the bathroom isn't very clean, and many of the lights are missing.

The image doesn't match the actual situation. Access to the entrance requires e-money; cash is not accepted.

cheap but not too cheap, the Mulu Sawang room is like an empty house, the bathroom is like a public bathroom, it smells really bad, there are so many cigarette butts on the table that they don't throw them away. How do you feel? The ones that are there are okay😂

I decided not to stay when I saw the room, oh my gosh, it was dirty, dusty, and smelly. No need to ask about the sheets. I know it's cheap, at least it's not dusty. My suggestion is to tidy it up and raise the price, people will definitely want to stay. Luckily there's a hotel so I can move in. It's okay to lose out rather than sleeping in a cage.

Not recommended to stay here. Dark lights, dirty, toilet shower is broken. Like the room is not maintained.
