Nice hotel. Although a bit far from the center, it's very close to the metro station.

It's our 3rd stay and we are satisfied as always. The staff are friendly, from reception till cleaning service, they greet you friendly with a smile. It's quite rare in other similar hotels or its typical European hotels, the hospitality isn't as good as in Asia. Perfect location just walking distance from Metro station. Quite area, next to big canal so the view is nice with big window inside the room. Room size is perfect for 2 ppl. Breakfast is good compare with other similar hotels, they have a bit more variations. Gym, sauna dan steam facility are just great as usual. The down side for me is the mattress is too soft, outside of that all is good.

Front officers never listened and acted. My toilet was flooding because the sealant of the toilet door was broken. I slipped! I stayed 4 days, and everyday I was back up n down for telling them, it needed to be fixed. What service that 4 days never been fixed! I needed to go back n up to front office, because the phone in the room was not in service. I told them about it also. on the last night they escorted me to different room, and they gave me smaller room!!!

The food is good. The location of hotel is nearby Train station.

Surprisingly, a hidden gem nearby Amsterdam. Just in front of Overamstel Metro Station makes it easy to travel around Amsterdam, and it's located only 4 metro stops to Central Station. Comfort room with modern amenities. And you should try the breakfast; a lot of fine selections and choices with very good tastes—I might say it's one of the best breakfasts compared with other visited hotels around west Europe! And Tina in the receptionist welcomed us with heart! Very recommended hotel with very good value of money.

Very nice and pleasant staff, easy to access from schipol through amsterdam central and take the metro M51. I would stay here again when I'm in amsterdam and very recommended place to stay
