check in process was quick and smooth (they also allowed us to early check in at 12 noon), room service was quick (we asked for tooth brush), room and bathroom were spotless clean, smelled good, and the shower was perfect (water pressure, hot and cold). It was 4.5* hotel and 5* for the service
