Amazing communication

This place was beautiful

Room was clean, spacious, and the terrace on the roof was great. Nice, friendly host. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen.

The room was very clean and yhe location amazing. Walkable to everywhere and close from public transportation. There is a lot of food options close (on C. Argotes de Molina and very cheap at 100 Montaditos) and Carrefour Express (groceries) close by. Take note that there is no reception onsite.

Excellent location with nice rooftop and facilities were great. Communication was perfect and lovely touches like a bottle of fizz for arrival as well as one for the New Year celebrations. Would definitely recommend these apartments

The air conditioning did not seem to cool the place. We turned ddown thermostat and 4 hours later it was still hot as blazes. We were very sweaty sleeping.

Overall was ok but problem with parking

Check-in is very efficient and well-documented. The staff responds very quickly. I gave it four stars only because I never had personal contact with them. Everything is online. The main drawback is that, before check-in time, luggage can only be stored in a locker shared with other guests. Furthermore, there are no shared bathrooms in the building, but rather within each apartment. This meant we had to wait several hours at the train station to get to the accommodation just in time. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. We recommend it, but plan ahead for check-in in case your arrival in Seville is before check-in time.

Highly recommend. Close to all attractions and sights of Seville. Located next to Cathedral of Seville. Close to public transportation. Tremendous food options, many walkable attractions nearby and must see. Suites are clean, spacious, and definitely worth a 4 star rating. Roof top views are a must and amazing. Highly recommend with snacks or wine for relaxation of the view of Cathedral

The location of the property was fantastic — everything was within walking distance, which made our stay really convenient. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we chose this place was because it advertised having an elevator, but it was out of service during our entire stay. Carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was really tiring, and the elevator still wasn’t fixed by the time we checked out. It would have been perfect otherwise.

Room was very hot and the AC was not set for cooling, just heating. Great location, confortable and clean.

Communication with property management is very challenging. Email is the primary way they communicate and response is not very fast. My original credit card used to make reservations had been lost and they refused to give me a room one day prior to checkin while I was traveling across the Atlantic unless I provided the 16 digit card number, expiration and cvv code via email

We had some issues with the check in process but it was all on my data plan and not the hotel. After we got in, we had no problems. The room was great- spacious and clean.

No staff on site at all. Not easy to check in. Good location.
