The rooms were relatively clean, staff were helpful, we had a good number that speaks English. The breakfast and dinner was awesome, good variety and very spacious dinning room. We enjoyed our time

We had a two bedroom apartment, very spacious but needs a make over. Staff fine but did not speak or understand English. Beach area under a massive construction programme at the moment , you still access but not ideal. Good family hotel with plenty going on if you wanted it but mainly French holiday makers only about 1% English.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location near the sea. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. There's a lack of fresh fruit and vegetables. English breakfast is available, but of very poor quality. The bar is open until 11 p.m. Two beers at the bar cost 5 euros. A cocktail costs 8.90 euros. The rooms are quite large and spacious, with a clean bathroom. Room cleaning is available upon request. There's no room service. Parking is available for 12 euros per day or free on the street, although there are no parking spaces. The hotel is worth a visit, but it doesn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Zero star hotel! The worst hotel experience ever, no idea how this has four stars. Air Conditioning was completely BROKEN in my room it was so hot and uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep at all due to heat Food was no good and SAME EXACT food everyday The toilet would barely flush, unsanitary The rooms smelt. Fridge didn’t work in room Tiny bed and so uncomfortable.. asked for twins nope ! No couch in room like photos Outdated rooms nothing like the pictures Hot tub ? Yeah it’s a cold tub good luck Walls so thin every night kids running up and down hallways couldn't sleep Cleaning staff would hear them first thing in the morning they were nice but all other staff rude and so unaccommodating! No free safe in room no free pool towels The list goes on

It is a decent hotel. The room was comfortable. Staff are friendly. The AC is essentially controlled and does not really cool the room very well. Breakfast is good and has a lot of options, but it is a busy resort hotel with lots of guests and so the breakfast area is an intensely busy and slightly chaotic environment. If you are looking for a budget hotel that gets your family two or three meals a day at low cost. This is probably a good choice. Not a great choice though if you want to have a quiet coffee and read the newspaper or do emails over breakfast. Value for price though is quite good.

Overall all good, The only downside is that they don't have a kettle or tea or coffee in the rooms, Other than that is all good

Cleanliness should be improved. Rooms are renovated but very dirty. The room was really dusty, even the sockets and nightstands were full of dust. The bathroom smelled really badly and the fixtures, while relatively new, looked like they never got a proper clean and polish. The floors were dusty and dirty too, and the chairs on the balcony were rusty. The sun beds by the pool were also rusty or very worn. The hotel is dated overall but with proper care and cleaning, it could be much better. The night entertainment was nice

Food was a bit repetitive but still nice

The hotel looks amazing so the rooms. Newly decorated, clean. Food options great. Entertainment very good. The staff couldn't care less about noise and disturbance in the corridors, all day long. In the mornings, during the day and evenings were totally awful. Kids running around, spilling drinks everywhere, screaming and hitting the walls. The swimming pools not very clean definitely need update, with 2 lazy guards. Indoor swimming pool full up with teenagers jumping to the water, singing loud songs, playing with "footballs". Spoke to the guards, no help. They didn't bother to sort it out. Very dangerous, also filthy. If you're looking for a family holidays, look somewhere else. Not safe for children. The Internet was off for 2 days of our stay. Only Spanish channels in the room. The beach nearby is a fishing seaport. Would i come back? I don't think so. If without children, yes. Great for grownups.

We traveled in October so street parking was free and the hotel staff were kind enough to tell us! The staff was friendly and the location was close to beach and restaurants. Great value for the price.

It looked better on picture than what it was in reality. The floor was dirty, room hot, AC was not working properly. Buffet/food was bad quality. No parking. Just an overall disappointment. thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.

Need new beds.

Lovely place to stay near the beach! Lots of family activities and entertainment. The facilities seemed great.

Safe in room unusable, no lock. Refrigerator in room not working and dirty. Lounge chairs around pool unavailable unless you come early and reserve your spot. Very crowed. Late eating times in restaurant. No english channels on TV. Long waiting at front desk for check in, only one person was available.

Hotel was clean and modern, a lot of choice at the buffets. Facilities were great, the pool was lovely. Some of the staff were not very friendly but the housekeeping team were very friendly

Отель понравился, еда вкусная, но очереди и суета в ресторане. При заселении молодой человек на рецепшин категорически отказал в отельной парковке, сославшись на ее полную занятость и на стойчиво предлагал поставить машину на городскую стоянку. Через два часа подошли еще раз ,и девушка нарецепшин направила нас на отельнуй парковку, которая оказалась почти пустой. Очень странное поведение сотрудника отеля.
