Tried staying here. The atmosphere is nice, the room is quite comfortable but the bathroom smells. The shampoo kit doesn't smell good either. Oh yeah, the kettle plug seems to have been removed and left there. As for the food, it looks delicious from the looks of it, but when you eat it, the fried rice is dry and tastes stale. Please be careful!!!!

The room was great, just as I expected. The staff was friendly. The location was great, it wasn't noisy at all, and it was comfortable. I wanted to stay 3 nights and 2 nights, but everything was fully booked. I'll be back next time 🫰

My husband and I went on vacation, intending to staycation, but it wasn't very comfortable because the room was very dusty, the sheets weren't clean, and the bathroom smelled damp and dirty. There were also geckos in the room.

I'd like to review this glamping-style hotel. The location is in the heart of Batu, so it's okay. The rooms are also okay for the price. I just regret simple things like the lack of separate soap and shampoo in the bathroom, so we're confused about which one to use. This glamping-style hotel has very minimal amenities, just a swimming pool. The staff are also unsmiling, not very friendly, even at the reception. Breakfast is lacking in variety for this price.

Honestly, I had a wonderful experience here. The service was absolutely great—friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. I really appreciated it. The hotel restaurant also offers a good variety of food at affordable prices. The taste was nice, and it’s clear the chef takes their work seriously. The Wi-Fi worked well overall, although there was a bit of trouble in the TV room—the remote was quite slow to respond. The bedroom was very clean, with minimal dust, and everything looked neat and well-maintained. I especially loved the interior design, and the small yellow lamp created such a warm and cozy ambience. However, I think the hotel team should pay more attention to maintenance, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom door cannot be locked because the lower part of the wood has deteriorated, possibly due to water exposure. I also noticed an unpleasant smell (a bit fishy/stenchy) even after the bathroom had just been used once. It might be coming from the drainage system in the toilet. I really like the concept of using bamboo and real wood in the bathroom, but unfortunately, many parts are already deteriorating and have mold, which makes it look less comfortable and less appealing. Overall, the rest of the experience was truly wonderful. The service team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they made the glamping experience even more enjoyable.
