Overall happy people apartment was good. As pictured and clean. However at no point did anyone tell us if we turned up before the 2pm check in, we would have to make our way across the city to the main happy people hotel. To drop bags off in a room. This meant we got a €40 taxi to the apartment then another €20 taxi to office. This needs to be made clear. It’s totally un maned at the apartments. Also, just in case you wanted to leave the apartment like you would a hotel room (messy and unclean) there’s a €50 charge if they think you have left it in poor state. I would stay here again. Now I know the full facts about what to do.

There is no one to represent them at the location,reaching them is difficult. I did reach them 3 times about an air conditioning problem and they never did anything about it

Salle de bain dans un état déplorable (rouille, carrelage cassé, robinet oxydé, meuble avec tiroir cassé...) Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas les 2 premiers jour car la télécommande était déprogrammée ! Il faisait plus chaud dans l’appartement que dehors. Quartier plutôt sale, avec des odeurs d’urines, des sans abris qui dorment dans tout les coins de rues... Il a fallu aller chercher les clés au centre ville de Barcelone (1h30 de marche aller retour)
