All good except I got bitten by bed bugs that went septic and made me really ill so I would not recommend!

Nice area , quiet , hotel is ok

The desk is unstaffed, and there are only a few custodial staff available throughout the day. The refrigerator and freezer in our room didn't work, there was no dish soap to use for the few things in the kitchen. Thank goodness the place wasn't expensive. Really the only redeeming factor, other than great location.

Room was warm, no aircon, couldn’t open any windows, we had a room for 3 people, the third person had to sleep on a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable, otherwise good breakfast, good location and quiet area, we enjoyed our stay

The location is fantastic, but unfortunately, we encountered bugs in the rooms. On the bright side, the breakfast was enjoyable.

Looks like this hotel has been taken over by unexperienced owners or not informed personal. We did not get any information about breakfast times, internet access, reception opening times. A few things were missing in the room, such as a hairdryer, not enough towels, no soap/shower gel dispenser, shoehorn. Small thing that makes a stay better. As stated on the website, daily cleaning, but we did not see any of this, not informed if any. Water boiler was supplied but no cups, drinking glass. Faucet in the bathroom was loose.

The location of the hotel is very good and quiet. The room was good but main problem was the cleaning. We asked to clean the room several times during our stay without luck, they cleaned it only the last day so a bit useless. Also there were some problems with the entrance door late at night, the code didn't work and the door was locked so we had to call the emergency number or wait for someone to rescue us. I hope they'll solve it soon.

Dejligt ophold til en meget billig pris og med morgenmad

It was OK but nothing more. Far away from the city. The upside is that the price was good compered to what we got.

We selected this Hotel for our last two days in South Sweden and final aim of our Helsingborg - Götheborg bike trip (Kattegattleiden). We were expecting much less in accordance to rating and price and were positively surprised. The hotel is located directly at the waterfront and the ideal for getting into town as the ferry is just 100 mtrs from the hotel. In the evening one can relax at the water front with a lot of good restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and clean with nicely decorated. Good and complete breakfast buffet - the fresh waffles are the hit! The only point for critics is the fact that there is no parking space provided by the hotel. Vehicles have to be parked on a public parking space (at 5 Euro a night/day). The check in was a little sub standard (by a "sleepy" receptionist who hardly talked). As this attitude has not continued with other staff members we still provide a high ranking.

- flera trasiga/defekta delar på rummet (junior suite) Tex: lampknapp, tv:n i badrummet fungerade inte. - Fanns väldigt få kanaler på tvn och ingen möjlighet att casta från min egen mobil/dator. Väldigt konstigt att ha en stor tv med bra högtalare när man ändå inte kan se på den. - Jag har inte ätit en mer begränsad frukost på ett hotell i Sverige. Fanns så lite att välja mellan och det som fanns var inte gott, jag blev inte mätt. Den varma maten var billig korv med äggröra som inte smakade ägg. Vit rostmacka med ost och gurka på, chiapudding som var oätlig (i vanliga fall gillar jag chiapudding), endast yoghurt som var ”normalt” och ätbart. - Över lag så betalade jag för väldigt mycket för onödiga eller defekta funktioner - Incheck är 15, jag kom 16. Då var receptionen stängd och obemannad. Fick ringa och checka in. Hade inte möjlighet till att prata med någon för eventuella klagomål. - fanns ingen restaurang på hotellet, ingen möjlighet till att köpa varken mat eller dryck. Fanns ändast vatten, the, kaffe och kaka i lobbyn, man får äta och dricka någon annanstans. - Var lagom rent men det luktade avlopp i badrummet - jag saknade information för allt ovanstående. Det stod inte på sidan att de ej har matmöjligheter tex + Stort och rymligt rum (junior suite) egen bastu som fungerade och var väldigt mysig +kyl på rummet + hade allt funkat som det skulle och haft bättre tv möjlighet så hade rummet vart värt sitt pris (1800/natt). + fanns ett annat hotell i närheten att äta på

Prisvärt om man bor i sviten/studion. Gott om utrymme, fint stort badkar och bastu på rummet! Bra läge att ta båten till stan! Slitet hotell som har potential att bli riktigt bra om de fick renoveras och fräschas till! Helt ok frukost för priset! Vi kommer nog bo där igen för det priset!

Ligger bra till och både restauranger, cafe och affär finns inom gångavstånd. Tyvärr är incheckning dålig med deras telefon. Tv fungerade i vårt rum men fanns inga kanaler i vänners rum. Tyvärr bara 1, 2, svt barnkanal och svt kunskapskanal så inget roligt utbud. Rum kunde behöva fräshas upp med lagning och målning. Mycket slitet och fattades handtag till duschdörr och listen lossnade. I övrigt rent och man kunde hämta te och kaka i korridor, ismaskinen fungerade dock inte. Frukost var ok, vissa dagar fanns kycklingkorv och vissa dagar äggröra. Pålägg var ost och skinka samt frukt och grönsaker. Yoghurt med flingor/kuddar/gryn fanns liksom overnight oat och chiapudding. Kaffe/te/juice/vatten fanns liksom hårdkokta ägg och amerikanska pannkakor med tillbehör. Mycket trevlig personal som var hjälpsamma.
