Nice hotel in the heart of Chartrons, wonderful staff (that was very proficient in English) & close to everything in Bordeaux. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & wouldn’t hesitate to come back. This is city that is meant to be walked, & one couldn’t ask for a better home base to start from daily. Bring your best sneakers & go enjoy this gem in SW France. *cheat code* pay for the daily breakfast…. you can pick from the entire menu & have it served daily, in bed, & no extra charge! *And don’t miss the rooftop bar. Phenomenal views up there of the entire city w/ a full menu of drinks.

the location was the best, easy to get everywhere and we walked to our river cruise, 5 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and could order from the menu too

Alex gave us a lovely welcome. The room was spacious and there were super toiletries. Breakfast was wonderful with a good assortment of foods. Best of all was the terrace - sunny space for breakfast and apéro. Will defo come again

The hotel's location is perfect for the quays. The roof top bar/restaurant offers a fabulous panoramic view of Bordeaux.

Conveniently located in Chartrons, not in the main downtown area but only about a 10min walk away with still with plenty to do in the area. Plenty of good food around as well. Rooftop is a great vibe, did not have the food so cannot comment. Gym just had a bike, a treadmill, and some free weights but serviceable. Room was clean and more than adequate.

The hotel was in a great location. We did not eat at hotel but the coffee was excellent. Staff qeee Dewitt. The hotel decor was a little odd for France but the beds were comfortable

This hotel was simply perfect for us. It was convenient to the older part of the city. There are little restaurants nearby, as well as a small grocery store. The people who worked there were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and pleasant. They actually saved our trip, when the train people went on strike suddenly on the day we were supposed to leave. We were so grateful for their help and knowledge.

Staff were excellent, Alex was especially helpful during the check in process. The room was spacious, good size, comfortable bed, good size shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Bordeaux is quaint, very much rural France. Small cafes, bakeries and coffee shops. City center is small in comparison to the most popular French cities, I enjoy that. The hotel is close to public transportation.

Picture perfect but in reality the bathroom sink was clogged very disgusting, the shower water never got hot in the morning and the room phone didn't work. We contacted the front desk, they said they were going to send a technician and that never happened. Very disappointing and they should definitely issue a full refund.
