Have stayed here several times. I have also ordered a small room when staying alone. Yesterday I stayed with my family during the Eid holiday. The room was comfortable, the bathroom had the same nuance and was clean, the ventilation circulation in the bathroom was also good, it was not stuffy and the air was good. The hotel felt like staying at home and I greeted the owner several times.

The staff is very friendly, the place is also quiet, but in room 202 there are sometimes cockroaches in the bathroom, otherwise it's ok.

For the price offered, the service is more than adequate. Suitable for family gatherings or upgrading. There is only gallon water in the hall. The back area is still under renovation (as of when I came) there is a decent prayer room in the back yard. (I haven't tried the food, not breakfast, just snacks)

Please provide a shared refrigerator, even though it's small, it's not a problem because yesterday I wanted to put food in the freezer and the info staff was full of other food. Yes, although this is not a necessity, at least customers need to entrust food or souvenirs to be brought because Jogja is a tourist city and at any time tourists can buy food that doesn't last long.

The homestay was very comfortable, the rooms we stayed in, both two and three, were really clean (the bathroom was also clean), although not spacious enough. There is a garden, living room, and a place to chat with friends or family. Can come here again another time. Thank you for the service :)

Kamar bersih, luas, fasilitas baik.

Lokasinya di pinggir jalan jadi sedikit bising, jauh dari Malioboro perlu waktu ± 30menit sampai Malioboro. Cari makanan agak susah deket-deket situ. Kebersihannya kurang, karena ada kucing-kucing yang berkeliaran (sepertinya kucing peliharaan) jadi sampah berantakan. Air lancar, kamar mandi cukup bersih. Saran aja untuk sprei sudah waktunya diganti, karena warnanya sudah usang & banyak noda, banyak yang sobek-sobek. Biar lebih baik & orang senang kembali ke situ lagi.

The hotel is actually quite far from the city center (Malioboro), but as a place to rest it is quite comfortable, homey, clean, friendly receptionist, beautiful, adequate parking space, there is a friendly room, hot and cold dispenser, standard Wifi, hot water is a little difficult to control , there is a soap dispenser, there are towels, local TV channels, quite a lot of power sockets in the room.

Got room number 107, brought two toddlers, to get to the room you had to go up the stairs which in my opinion is dangerous if you bring small children because the stairs are quite steep, and the AC is not cold at all, got it for 256 thousand, quite cheap, the room was okay, a little dirty, hot water is possible, wifi is slow, for one night it's okay, next time it's better to just look for another one.
