As for the room, it's nice and clean. There were only 2 problems, when the bathroom was opened there were cockroaches running around. I'm sorry, but the price is under 500 thousand. But regarding cleanliness, it doesn't look at the price range. Then there is the problem of the water often turning off and becoming an obstacle when bathing. While taking a soapy shower, suddenly the water turned off. All the results from bathing used 2 bottles of 600ml water which were supposed to be used for drinking and the water turned off in the bathroom. Not just once but twice. Here, please, the room is nice and comfortable. But please provide bathroom water facilities. Even though it's small, it's at least good for washing your body after a long trip :(.

The rooms are comfortable, the fried rice and fried noodles are delicious. The receptionist and other workers are friendly.

The shower in the bathroom did not function optimally, there were cockroaches in the room, the towels were dull, and the sheets were also dull, the glass had lizard droppings but the room was spacious. And the gym facilities are actually good too but, a lot of dirt, I want to use it so it's canceled.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The customer service is quite friendly. Strategic place. Secure parking. Friendly security guard.

Honestly the hotel is good, it's just a shame that the sheets don't look like they haven't been replaced for a long time and there are cockroaches in the bathroom :( the rest is good, the receptionist and security guard are very friendly. The food is also delicious.

Saat masuk kamar, lantai terasa lengket sepertinya kurang bersih sehingga minta dipel ulang. AC kurang dingin. Sebenarnya kamarnya luas, lengkap dg teko pemanas air dengan teh, kopi, 2 botol air mineral, hair dryer, hanya saja kurang terawat. Seperti di toilet dinding-dinding kotor juga lantainya, sprei selimut kumal juga tidak harum, handukpun kumal dan kurang pengharum ruang. Memaklumi, mungkin karena dampak pandemi covid. Sehingga banyak biaya yang harus ditekan. Semoga pandemi segera berakhir, dan semuanya kembali normal. Aamiin semakin ditingkatkan pelayanannya yaa.

Dirty bed sheets. the towels are dirty, it feels like sleeping is itchy.

Take a VIP room, the price is the same as a 5-star hotel but the room is not occupied for a long time, there is a cockroach carcass, the TV is off, the towels are dirty in color.
