Đặt phòng 2 giường, đã thanh toán trước. Đến check-in lúc 22g thì lễ tân báo hết phòng, do quên nên không update lên hệ thống, không kèm 1 lời xin lỗi khách hàng. Sau đó bạn offer 1 phòng 1 giường giá rẻ hơn và mình kêu cho mượn thêm gối mền để trải nằm tạm dưới đất vì nhà đông người không thể nằm chung trên 1 giường. Sau đó bạn lễ tân cung cấp thêm 1 bộ gối mền và hứa sẽ hoàn lại tiền chênh lệch vào sáng mai, số tiền chênh lệch mình tính nhẩm khoảng 200k. Sáng 7g mình check-out 1 bạn lễ tân khác nhận ca, và nói hoàn lại 7k, mình kêu check lại sao lại là 7k. Thì check xong bạn kêu 70k vì chủ em kêu hoàn như vậy. Số tiền không bao nhiêu, và mình cũng đang gấp nên không muốn đuôi co nên đồng ý. Nhưng lần sau sẽ không quay lại đây nữa.
