I had an unpleasant experience while staying on the 25th floor. At night, the electricity in my room kept going off and on again, which was frightening. But everything was resolved after the electrical technician arrived.

I stayed at the Mercure Gatot Subroto for a short staycation and was very satisfied overall. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection, and the most memorable experience was the staff—friendly and helpful. Oh yeah, the reflexology and spa treatments were excellent and comfortable. From start to finish, the service is a must-try! There's only one minor downside: the TV in the room is a bit slow and old, so it's not ideal for relaxing and watching movies. Hopefully, it can be upgraded in the future. Other than that, everything was great. Strategic location, peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a quick break from the routine. I'll definitely be back someday.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the middle of Jakarta, this hotel is suitable, for a 4-star hotel, there is a drink dispenser, soundproof, a little train noise from outside but it is not disturbing, for the standard room the AC is not cold or broken, then we upgraded to a new room (king) and got all free drinks. Unfortunately, we waited a long time for our bags to be delivered, more than 1 hour and had to call the receptionist twice. For the pillows, there were some traces of makeup. In my personal opinion, the lounge was disappointing, from the food and the size of the lounge

Cigarette smoke was smelled entering the bathroom on the non-smoking floor (this has happened twice)

Everything was absolutely delightful.

I really liked the hotel. I got the best view on the top floor so I could see the city lights from above. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the check-in and checkout process was super fast. I want to stay here again.
