convenient location pricey dining options

Upon check-in we noticed that the air conditioning and air didn’t work in the room. We went to the front desk and asked if it could be fixed and left for a couple of hours only for it not to be taken care of. When going back to the front desk about 4 hours later, they didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t fixed and weren’t willing to switch the room for us. They told me to go back to the room and wait. With a 3 year old and it already being past 10 PM, we had to reach out to Expedia in order for any action to be taken. If the staff would have been helpful we would have had a great stay but instead it wasn’t as enjoyable as it could be. On the plus side the breakfast was 10 out of 10!

It’s very close to the airport.

Very nice hotel right by the Bucharest Otopeni airport, making it very convenient if you have a flight at the crack of dawn. There is a restaurant on premises, with interesting choices, but they close at 11 PM. The rooms are modern, very clean. The bathroom could be stocked with some washcloths ( there were only hand and bath towels )

A great choice for airport access, but if you need to get into town, you have plenty of options : bus, train, taxi. Staff is helpful, coffee is good, restaurant can use a more local food menu. I stay there every time before I fly and it's always been a nice stay.

Great hotel for a short break. Close to the Therme Spa.

Couple minute walk to the airport, staff was good and the food was good at the hotel as well It was quite noisy all night with patrons but there isn’t much the hotel can do about it. Good for an early flight!

Ideal if you need to be close to the airport.

Wonderfully tidy and modern, we were greeted warmly by reception staff who quickly switched to English. Our room was clean, comfortable, and bright but also very warm at 24.5 Celsius. A Hilton technician attempted to set the room thermostat to 18 Celsius but no cool air resulted. At 11pm reception offered to move us to a different room, which we declined. I wish we had done that as at 5am temperature in the room was up to 28 Celsius!!
