I booked this hotel and when I arrived they were closed for the holiday. Nothing on orbitz website stated this. They have not cancelled the reservation on their end so I can get my money and orbit bucks back.

Non of the staff spoke any English. The room was clean but the AC temperature wasn’t adjustable. The options were off or 16C. The hotel is located in the center of the city so you can find everything you need on foot. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.
