Clean room. Nice staff. Very tasty and good choice breakfast. Convenient location close to town and river walk. Biggest downside are noisy train coming just at hotel.

It’s a nice hotel but in a weird location, far from everything and by the railway line. Have nice spa and pretty good restaurant. Small room and even smaller beds 😀

Three nights at the hotel were very nice. The hotel is situated right at the Poprad River. It offers a variety of great spa activities and treatments. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of opportunities for activities nearby. Our room was not big, but cozy and clean. There is a railway line about 50 metres from the hotel, so if you have a dog's sleep ask for a room with the river view.

Excellent

We love the location of the property. The room we chose had big corner windows maximising the wonderful scenery. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are lovely and the service was excellent. We made full use of the spa facilities - pool, sauna, steam room. Food was extremely good. We climbed a nearby hill and had spectacular views.

We had a large deluxe apartment with a long balcony however the decor was a little dated and the bathroom ‘strange’. The sofa and carpetlooked a little grubby. The bed was large and comfy. The view over the river was splendid. I presume the property rates as 4 stars owing to the spa facilities which were good. Otherwise we were disappointed. The on-site restaurant was basic but eating outside was lovely and the menu large. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

The rooms are very small, the double bed is only 140cm

Piękna lokacja tuż nad Popradem, bardzo dobre SPA z nocami saunowymi w weekend, pyszne śniadania serwowane do pokoju (sponsorowane przez kowid), b. miła obsługa, smaczne dania obiadowe. Polecam!

Piękne miejsce, piękny obiekt, obsługa hotelu i restauracji - bardzo dobre. natomiast sauna-mistrzowie, no cóż, dużo im jeszcze brakuje...
