I chose to stay in this area because it's convenient for getting to the Old Town and the Memories of Hoi An show. If you don't rent a car, or are traveling in a large group and need a car, I think this area is convenient for walking. I couldn't catch a car at night, and walking from the show back to the hotel only takes about 30 minutes, so it's acceptable. The room was decent for the price.

The rooms are clean and new. The staff are helpful, we get free use of nice bicycles, and the location is quite convenient.

The accommodation didn't look like the pictures in the advertisement. It was a multi-story villa but there was no elevator. There were ants on the bed. The room wasn't soundproof and was very noisy.
