Stayed with family four nights. Generally good to stay and there is only one bottle of free water and soap provided during my stay.

Our experience was fantastic! The front desk went above and beyond, the place was clean, safe, and very beautiful. The buffet manager was excellent and professional We truly had a wonderful time.

Hotel is well located in quiet neighborhood, easy access to Parq metro station, walkable.

The place really stunk odor wise . The people were lovely.

The housekeeping was very flexibly adjust to our schedule. We rented an electric car -- No Parking, No charging stations. Desk attendant instructed us not to park where there's an "X" on a sign, but did not inform us the sign must not be in back of us -- car was booted as the signs were misleading. Never ventured to the restaurant on the 6th floor as it was never mentioned to us and advertising was limited. We had a nice stay despite all the car issues.

It has a nice 1950s feel to it. The location isn't exactly central but still close to Metro stations. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was really good value and varied a bit from day to day. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing! Helpful, professional, eager to assist. The hotel was further from downtown than I expected, but restaurants were easily accessible and the area was safe for walking.

I was in Lisboa for 4 days. The hotel is in a good location. Some locations were walkable others I needed to take an Uber. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Great breakfast but dinner and lunch options for plant-based individuals are limited. I was in a 7th floor room that had a wraparound balcony, which was the best room in the hotel in my opinion. The view of the city was nice. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Amazing stay, very kind and helpful staff! Great location. Very comfortable room. Got a bottle of wine and cheese plate with jam as a member benefits, it was so nice. Excellent breakfast. Only one thing down. It was a dinner on the 5th floor restaurant-Cod fish. It was a plate mostly of fried bread, grilled garlic almost impossible to squeeze and very tiny piece of fish, not delicious and with bones. Price was expensive. It was very disappointing, especially that cod fish is usually very popular and delicious food in Portugal.

Breakfast was excellent. Nice and unique decor throughout. Aldi was next door which was handy for snacks and essentials..

Great place, location was wonderful close to the metro station and buses. Walking distance to many primary places. Staff was nice and each day the room will be clean. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.
