The cleaning staff use a strong cleaner for the floors and it smells all morning.

They confirmed our request when we needed and staff is very nice and polite

Good hotel. Room was modern although a little small. Breakfast was good and it's very close to the palace and the center of Mafra

Love to have more privacy between bedroom and washroom, everything else was great

I had to cancel but couldn’t get a refund. Very disappointed with the service. I would understanding charging me for the first night, but not the second.

Good hotel well worth the price.

The staff was nice and breakfast was really good, but the hotel is at a really loud street and the windows are terrible and let all the sound through. We actually had to check out early because it was impossible to sleep.

This was a lovely place to stay and great location. I would only advise that they have round the clock reception phone service. We checked out at 6:00am and at 7:00am realized we had did not have our passports. We called the hotel so many times even from a taxi on the way there but only got voice mail. I took a chance hoping they were there and that someone would be there to open the door. Someone finally picked up the phone 3 minutes before I arrived and let me in. Lucky they were still in the room. Answer your phones guys!!!
