The hotel staff are very friendly and fluent in English. Our room was even upgraded to the highest type, the king suite spa. With additional facilities such as a private jacuzzi in the room. The Grand Elite Cave Suites are the best. We could see the hot air balloon right in front of our room on the rooftop.
