The staff was very nice and the check-in process was easy. We had translator which was helpful. Room was clean and smelled nice

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast pretty good, lunch and diner options ok. Ask for a room at the front side, back side is air exhaust pipe of a restaurant. Very unpleasant onion and deep fry smell in the room when you open the window from morning to around 9pm. This is a major problem.

I stayed at the property as I’m here visiting my girlfriend. We planned on going out for dinner. When she arrived to pick me up, I needed time to take a shower. So wanted to wait in the room while I showered before dinner. Reception collected her info. She visited then we went out for dinner and she went home and I returned to the hotel. The next morning on check out the was a charge for a second person staying in the room for 87 real. I protested, but they wouldn’t reverse the charge. I have stayed in many hotels and never had this happen. I will never return to this property.

Ancien Ibis rouge, comme on peut le déduire de l'immeuble et de l'ameublement. La table de nuit cassée n'a pas été remplacée. Ils m'ont demandé de payer une demi nuit en plus sans petit déjeuner pour me laisser la chambre à 7h du matin sans attendre 14h horaire officiel. Un peu décentré. Surévalué.

O hotel é localizado em área central o que facilita os descolamentos na cidade. Sucessor do antigo íbis o prédio necessita de algumas melhorias na estrutura. A limpeza é muito boa e a equipe de colaboradores muito prestativa. Contudo o café da manhã é muito simples, com poucas opções saudáveis. Muitos itens de confeitaria, e pouca proteína (apenas ovo, salsicha e presunto). Já o cardápio do almoço e jantar são saborosos. Sugiro uma consultoria com nutricionista para montar um cardápio para o café da manhã. Com um café mais elaborado o hotel ganhará mais pontos favoráveis.
