Great location, property need some real upkeep and extra love - cigarette burns in chairs, marks all over the walls, elevator not working, bed mattress was badly sunken (very uncomfortable). The stairs was disappointing from an accessibility factor and no where to put your luggage bags.

Excellent place to stay in Launceston, spacious room with great amenities. Very comfortable bed and adequate cooking facilities. The entrance is a little bleak but the room was definitely worth the price.

change overnight is a very special find and made our stay in Launceston even better. The hotel provided us with various amenities and was very clean and tidy. It was also very spacious, and we found it very cozy. Change overnight is a very unique hotel and we recommend it for anyone who is hoping to travel to Launceston!

Do not book if you need early check in or late check out..the property is not staffed and works off codes. The rooms are fine but smokers on decks can make the rooms smell.

I actually forgot this property was receptionless. But wasnt a drama, phoned the number and they let us straight in

Very strange vibe. Weird noises playing in the hallways, my partner thought I had booked us into a brothel.. Apartment was fine however it took 10 hours to wash and dry one load of washing as the machine is a dual washer and dryer

Not really a fan of the reception less set up. Entering the building was a job in it self. Once we were in the building it felt like we were in a Tarantino movie, the black walls in the hallways were a tad creepy. The apartment itself was awesome though. Very clean & well appointed. The shower was great & the beds were comfy. It was a short walk from the city center.

There is no separate washing machine and drier. There is a combined washer-drier. It failed. My washing was stuck in the machine for over a day. An instruction book arrived eventually. Strongly suggest you ask for instruction books for all their gadgets here including the oven.

Location was close to main centre but slightly hilly walking. Comfortable accommodation. Shopping within walking distance.

Communication was poor with regards to accessing garage parking and there was no phone number to call for assistance.

Could do with a fresh paint job over the badly marked walls.

Corridor very dark, no storage for clothes i.e. wardrobe or bedside draws

The property is awful. Everything painted black with wierd artwork and a n equally wierd soundtrack playing in the corridor. The entrance area was dirty and felt quite threatening. The people next door had a party outside that went on until about 5am. There was noise from ghe courtyard and in the corridor. The bed was uncomfortable.
