The location wasn't ideal for me. The room was clean, okay. But it's a long walk to Platinum.

The location was great, near Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, December, etc. Looks like Little India here because a lot of Indian food is nearby and Indian people. The room was fantastic and clean, you can find a lot of street food and 7-11 nearby.

The hotel is comfortable and overall quite good. However, the location is a bit far from the main road. There are also not many halal food options nearby, and most of the restaurants are Indian cuisine. Other than that, everything else was great.

Everything in this hotel is great, but to take a shower you have to climb into the bathtub. That's very dangerous for older people. Thank you.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the activity area, but close to 7-Eleven. The room we booked was quite spacious and clean, and most importantly, it had a bidet.

Everything here is very good, the rooms are big and clean, the staff are good and friendly, the only drawback for me is that the AC blows directly onto the second bed, maybe you could put the AC blades so the air doesn't blow directly down.

If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located stay in Bangkok, Loft Bangkok Hotel truly stands out among city hotels. Guests consistently praise its modern Scandinavian design, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly, attentive staff who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome — from helpful check-in service to thoughtful little touches that feel even better than many five-star stays.

Got a recommendation from TikTok. It turned out to be a long walk to Pratunam, and the room was noisy with engine noise, which was strange even though I'd already asked to be moved. Breakfast was an a la carte menu, with only a limited selection. The price per night was 1.5 million rupiah, but it wasn't worth it. It would have been better around 500,000 rupiah.

The room is nice, the interior is elegant, more like a luxurious Japanese room, nothing wrong with the staff service / hotel room. It's just that the elevator needs to be upgraded because the safety is lacking, when there is an object / person in the middle of the elevator door and it gets stuck, the elevator doesn't automatically open even after being held / pushed, I was trapped for quite a long time and got a scar when carrying my suitcase to the room. This also happened because the hotel floor and elevator were uneven so the wheels of the suitcase got stuck in the middle, so the other suitcase was left behind and the accident happened.

It was a super pleasant stay, ever. The staffs really helpful, very communicative, warm, and they’re all such a great person. Me and my husband stayed for 3 nights and we were have no trouble sleeping during that stay. It’s super close to centralwOrld, BigC, Pratunam Night Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, December, 100 Baht Shop, and many place-to-go(s) because we always take a walk to some destinations and also near to the bus station. And of course, we’ll stay here again whenever we come back to Bangkok. Thank you so much!

It was our first time staying at Loft Bangkok Hotel. The location is convenient - walkable to Central Mall, Platinum, and Pratunam Market. The hotel also provides a buggy ride to the main road, which is really helpful. Around the area, there are 7-Eleven stores, massage and nail salon, and Indian food eateries. The staff were generally friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English. We stayed in a Family Room with three comfortable beds. The room was spacious and clean, though most of the TV channels didn’t work. Breakfast was simple continental style — toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruits, and salad — with local hot dishes served à la carte. Overall, it was an okay stay. We spent most of our time out shopping, so the hotel met our basic needs.
