The staff was excellent. Negative was the tstat had an error code and room was freexing.

For two days we were without hot water. Took two cold showers because I had to. The maintenance team worked on it but they still hadn’t fixed it by checkout.

i called hotel directly was quoted $100 more for the room so looked at Expedia and saved $100 Big concern is the bathroom is positioned at the foot of the beds and tv is way off where u cannot see it from the bed. This is a first in my seasoned travels. Imagine 2 am if bathroom is used the room is lite up and the sounds are intimate.

I always stay in this hotel is East Lansing. Close to food (shares parking lot), or a 1.5 ish mile walk to East Lansing for more food and attractions. It's always clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, etc. Overall very happy here!

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast not clean. Hair in the hard boil egg container. Something was wrong with the pancake mix. We let front desk know and they said they would look into it.

Great location for access to the Wharton Center at Michigan State University. We returned after a previous visit last October.

Springhill suites has always been a go to for our family. Always friendly staff and clean rooms.

Train very loud starting at 3 am and told the staff about toilet was broken mean every time my wife sat on and got up the whole thing lifted from the ground. Was told they will fix it but never did and then they were going to move us to a different room never did that either. Break was good but same thing every morning

The best thing about the visit was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. I had a special request. So I called the hotel ahead of time and they were very helpful & accommodating. Upon arrival also had a good experience at the property. Great stay, very pleasant staff & good clean property. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend others to do the same.
