The hotel is dirty and run down. I was very surprised, as the reviews were pretty positive. When I checked in I had to have my room changed because the bed was broken. There were two huge metal bars sticking out from under the headboard. There were supposed to be table tops to make end tables on either side, but the tops were missing. There was also a hole in the wall. The headboard for the bed was covered with some sort of hardened crusty fluid that the manager brushed off as “product” the new room was “better” but all of the dishes and silverware were covered with hard food stuck to it from some previous guest. The glasses were stuck to the shelf by something very sticky. Not once in my 4 day stay was my room cleaned, garbage removed, or fresh towels provided. Oh and the room overlooked a homeless tent camp which had once been a park (although I can’t really fault the hotel for that) It was technically an inexpensive stay, but I can’t help feeling like I over paid. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Pleasant stay within walking distance of train station. Receptionist kindly stored our luggage upon request in the morning which we collected during check-in that afternoon.

Very nice flat and great location.

There are good things and not-so-good things in our stay. The area is very good and being renovated, and it's close to metro stations and the train station as well, transportation was a breeze. The rooms don't have working AC, and we had to sleep with the windows open and the fan on for a couple of days. We stayed for six nights. We didn't get housekeeping service and needed to request toilet paper from the front desk every other day. Our access cards failed twice during our stay, and they had to be reissued. Staff was super kind and helpful any time we needed something.

We were really impressed with our room at Aparthotel, much more space than expected and we didn't realise that there would also be a mini-kitchen complete with fridge, hob and dishwasher. We would happily return there and stay for longer. Also very convenient for Gare Lyon Part Dieu

Great location but a shame about the toom amenities. A few bits in disrepair, it hadnt been cleaned throughly and the sink was mostly blocked. The staff however were lovely and the man that checked me out was super helpful.

Check-in wasn’t smooth, they thought I was a different guest staying one night not two. They couldn’t locate a key for the locked kitchen, got told to go up and check then call them if it was locked. Arrived into the room and only one bed had a duvet, the other just had a sheet and the phone didn’t work. No duvet located for two days, apparently they don’t have any!! Very strange experience. Apartment was large but noisy, you can hear next door opening a door and upstairs/downstairs water flushing/showers etc.

Allways a pleasure to stay here when i visit lyon. It has everything you need ,compelte kitchen and a pool and gym . Nice prices and a few minutes from the train station.

This a great place to stay if you want access to transport, good shopping and a nice walk to the centre of Lyon. The staff were friendly and the facilities very good.
