What a gem! Beautiful in every way including the great service!

They didn't have my room and then they were extremely rude in fact borderline hostile. I've never experienced a hotel like this in my almost fifty yeas of travel.

Fantastic room with a great view. In a great location that is in walking distance to so many things.

Wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Easy access. Good value. Shower works well, supermarket and cafes outside, gym 3 minutes away.

It was good and clean. And I loved the warm bathroom! The heater is also there so it makes bathroom very cozy. Elevator was bit scary for me but it's irrelevant with this room. Just FYI. City Tax would be charged by cash.

Immaculate apartment. No 4 was wonderful. Corner jacuzzi bath, v spacious. Owner available. Def stay again

Really great location, perfect for exploring Verona. Staff are super helpful, room was nice and had everything you need. Check in slightly confusing but all sorted by the staff really quickly.

Located very close to all the Verona sites. Verona colleseum, etc. Very nice room with plenty of space. Staff very friendly. I recommend stsying a Scaligero Room.

A little out of the ordinary. A handful of rooms on 4th floor of an office block but excellent rooms great location 24 hour access a lift but a few stairs. Kept cool in very hot weather shower fridge and usual amenities . Would certainly go again surrounded by cafes restaurants and v close to Arena and castelvecchio.

The room was spacious and it had its own balcony. Everything was clean and proper. The location was central. Breakfast was okay-ish.

The room was very comfortable, warm and cosy. We had a great sleep while there. However the foyer/reception area smelled like cat pee. Maybe the Christmas decorations? It made having breakfast each morning quite unpleasant.

Ideal location. Staff very nice and helpful. Comfy bed and room lovely and warm. No tea making facility but I brought my own with me. Next door to Spar supermarket which has everything and more.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Property is good located and full renovated. The only problem was the temperature of the water, wasn't hot enough. The TV cable didn't work properly and the wifi signal was very poor. Breakfast was excellent, super complete and fresh, with bread, ham, salami. Also croissants, cakes and cookies. Fresh fruit, juice and yogurt.

It was easy to find from Verona train station, 15-20 minute walk. You just have to keep your eye out and it is not well signposted. Very nicely decorated lobby and outdoor area. Shared balcony for guests, not individual balconies. We had a view of castelvecchio from our window. We booked Ida room. No kettle in the room so you couldn’t make hot drinks yourself. Great hairdryer. Breakfast was decent - croissants, hams, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, apples. There is a coffee machine as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed, although the space around the toilet was very tight. We loved having the balcony to sit out with wine in the evening and watch the sun set and listen to the church bells. Breakfast was great. We were only given part of a roll of toilet paper which we quickly used. Since there are no staff onsite we had to buy some ourselves. An extra roll in the room would have been nice. We would have also liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend without hesitation.
