the room is clean although it was small for two visitors

The location is good,, very close to trx and pavilion,, you could say the position is in the middle,, the room turned out to be a bit narrow and had no windows but it was clean,, don't know why in the corridor the room smelled like cigarettes even though there was a sign that said no smoking, but thank God the room was safe, there was no smell of cigarettes,, the service was also good,, I can recommend staying here,,

The hotel's location is very strategic. It's close to TRX Mall and Pavilion. There's a delicious and always busy restaurant next door.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with beautiful views, strategic location. Many 24-hour restaurants nearby. I will stay again when I visit KL.

It was a good experience to stayed here for 4 night along. The staff is so kind, we arrived there around 8 p.m and we got our room easily. The room is big enough for 2 peoples ( we choose the deluxe room) and we got the room with a big window and beautiful view (i don’t have the whole room picture sorry😌). The AC is work but the only thing we didn’t get is the slippers so make sure u ask the staff or bring it. There’s an iron in front of the lift so u can ironing ur clothes there. The hotel is so close to the pavillion mall also the trx mall, so u can easily walk there. Overall, i’d recomended it to you if u’r looking for a on budget hotel with a good services😇

Actually, this hotel is almost perfect, it's very good, strategic location, very friendly service, even our suitcases were lifted by the hotel staff, there are many places to eat around the hotel, but there are many bedbugs in the sleeping area, my nephew was bitten until he bled, I have reported it to the staff because the bed was bleeding from the bite marks, and there is a tax of 10RM/day specifically for hotels in KUL

The staff is friendly, the hotel is also quite close to MRT and other tourist centers. Cleanliness is ok.

Hotel near Pavilion Mall and KLCC, can walk via the bridge connecting Pavilion Mall and KLCC. There are many restaurants around and there is Sevel, although the room size is very small but overall okay.

Very recommended hotel in Bukit Bintang area.

amazing,, central location of Bukit Bintang, lots of culinary places, comfortable rooms, cold AC, hot water flowing smoothly, will definitely come back.. highly recommended

I was checking in late and arrived at 1 AM. The receptionist said my registration ID was not on their system. After I chatted with the app the next morning, the receptionist said my booking was from ticket. Com and he apologized for that missing.

This hotel had a great location. The staff are very friendly, easy to check in and check out. Near the hotel, there are so many food stalls you'll never be hungry, and the prices are cheap. But the hotel room is not soundproof. That's the minus.
