I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the location is excellent—it’s very accessible, close to the city center, and the surrounding area is quite pleasant. The service and facilities were also a highlight; the staff were very friendly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my visit. However, the stay fell short regarding the actual room experience. The room comfort was disappointing, specifically due to the poor ambiance, which made it difficult to feel relaxed. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the premises to be below expectations. While the staff and location are great, the room quality and hygiene standards definitely need improvement before I would consider returning.

Very dusty everywhere...lighting in toilet broken...room very small n feel suffocated. Don't want to repeat here. Shower not water heater broken. Toilet very cramped to do your business.

Checked in at the counter but the staff said there were no rooms, he told me there was one empty room but the door couldn't be locked from the outside.

It was really terribble hotel that I ever stay! This is the first and last time I choose this hotel. It was not comfortable at all. So noisy, and the sound from the outside door can hear so loud. The room space is small and difficult to pray. Water mineral water and the water dispenser. The toilet 's door damaged and can't close. We can't sleep at all!

The location of the hotel is close to the shopping complex, restaurant and several other amenities. The room is comfortable too.
