The room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lighting is also good. There is a refrigerator inside, so you can store food. Water refills are also available at the reception. The location is really strategic. Close to the bus stop, although you have to walk 5 minutes but it's still okay. Close to various foods, sevel, and pharmacy. The water heater works well. Near the hotel there is a really cute cat cafe. Incidentally, I requested a 3 PM check-out, which was allowed with a charge (I forgot how much RM). You can leave your luggage too. Overall, it is highly recommended.

It's not a new hotel, but it's quite comfortable, with friendly staff, a strategic location, and plenty of food vendors nearby. There's a slight quirk: requesting an extra blanket costs 10 Ringgit and you can get it yourself at the front desk.

Great location! There are some famous food places around and pretty reachable from the bustling areas. Wi-Fi is quite spotty and the hairdryer didn't work. Pretty clean and very spacious room. Not luxurious, just meeting the basic.

There's not enough water refill stations. There's only one on the lobby floor. It would be better if there were one on every floor. The good ones should be maintained.
