Friendly staff, clean rooms, check in was ok.

The staff is friendly, responsive to solving guest problems.

All staff are nice, kind, and helpful. Since I stayed there during Ramadan, they provided sahur as well. Definitely, we'll stay there again.

Kamar cukup spacious, kita nginap di vvip, kamar mandi besar dilengkapi bathtub, sayangnya aku dan suami beberapa kali terantuk di pintu masuk kamar mandi karena ada semacam pembatas yang aku rasa kurang tepat dan kurang safe. Harus menunggu hingga 50 menit untuk bisa mandi dengan air hangat dan resepsionis tidak bisa memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Aku request beberapa hal namun tidak satupun disiapkan dan tidak ada konfirmasi dari hotel mengenai kenapa request ku tidak dapet dipenuhi. Overall, kecewa dengan pelayanannya tapi karena kota kecil, kita tidak punya banyak pilihan hotel.

(-) 1. Hot water is sometimes not hot enough and what comes out of the shower is not fast. 2. Breakfast is less varied if staying more than 1 night. 3. Sound from the hallway of the room, outside the hotel, sometimes even the next room is heard. 4. TV channels don't have many choices and Wifi isn't stable. (+) 1. Clean. 2. The location is quite strategic (main road). 3. There are ATMs (Mandiri) and Alfamart opposite the hotel.

Tidak menyangka ada hotel bagus di perbatasan RI-TL. We definitely had an enjoyable trip. Thank you, king star.

Get a room with dead water.

The water is very very small. It's hard to take a shower. With a price of IDR 550,000 for a hotel with breakfast, there is very little variety. Breakfast only has a menu of white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, vegetables, fried chicken, bakwan, bread, coffee, tea, water. But for the room it is quite satisfactory. Cold air conditioning, spacious rooms, hotel location on the edge of the main highway, spacious rear parking lot 👍.

The breakfast is very disappointing. Without meat, without fruit, even juice, we have to pay if we order. In other hotels for 500 thousand rupiah the breakfast never disappoints.

2 hari menginap, untuk kamar hotel cukup baik, staf hotel sangat ramah, tapi untuk sarapan hotel sangat tidak memuaskan. Varian menu sarapan sangat tidak ramah untuk balita karena di setiap makanan ada cabenya, mungkin untuk orang dewasa tidak pedas, tapi untuk balita cukup pedas. Padahal selama 2 hr terlihat banyak tamu membawa anak dan balita karena lagi musim liburan. Pilihan makanan sarapan sedikit tidak sepadan dengan harga menginap (menu hari ini kering tempe, tumis labu, ikan rica, mie goreng, nasi goreng, nasi putih) dengan rasa makan biasa-biasa saja. Baru jam setengah 8 sudah tidak ada omelete alasannya habis. Tapi anehnya waktu recook mie goreng ada telurnya. Jam 8 makanan tinggal tumis labu, sedikit ikan rica dan nasi putih, padahal masih banyak tamu yang dateng untuk sarapan. Harus lebih diperhatikan untuk menu makan pagi dengan jumlah tamu hotel.

Who would have thought I could visit the historical area of Belu Atambua. Kings Star gives me comfort so that I can still enjoy my business trip in Atambua.

Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman, namun untuk breakfast kurang bervariasi, mungkin karena kondisi sedang covid dan tamu tidak terlalu banyak. Pelayanan kamar secara umum sesuai dengan ekspektasi.

The hotel has been renovated in a modern clasic style. Friendly service, spacious parking, clean hotel, breakfast buffet with a clean restaurant and modern style. It's just that when the room was entered the floor was sticky and greasy, it didn't feel as cramped as it should, so hotel slippers were very useful. Not bad lah.
