Just normal for that price

Room availability information was incorrect. There was no soap. The sink pipe was broken. I don't know what the noise was, like a thump thump thump at night.

It was a very comfortable stay. Check-in was quick. The hotel was clean and smelled nice. The staff were all friendly.

I've stayed at Benhas Hotel several times and have always had a pleasant experience. It's safe, comfortable, and clean.

Good for that price, worth it, strategic location, friendly and helpful staff, clean

This was my first time staying here, but I really feel like I have to stay here if I go to Bukittinggi again. The staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, it's all top notch, the only downside is the parking lot, but it's okay, it's great. If I go to Bukittinggi, I'll definitely stop by here again because I can walk to the Jam Gadang.
