The security guards are responsive, the receptionists are very helpful, the housekeeping is responsive and friendly, the restaurant service is the same as in a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is extraordinary.

Strategic location in the city center, near the mall. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, if you use GoCar or Grab, you still have to pay for parking even if you drop off passengers.

It's good but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the toilet and it's not soundproof so all the sounds from outside, beside and above can be heard in the room.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is good. There's a mall next door that can be accessed from inside the hotel. The downside is that it's a bit difficult to order online taxis in this area. Originally planning to explore the local cuisine, I ended up just eating at the mall.

Good place hotel in this city, not far from the highway exit.

This hotel is different from last year..where, for the hot shower it was not hot, so we had to take a shower using cold water, the sink was leaking and it took 40 minutes to fix it, for the staff at the swimming pool service there were too many prohibitions which in my opinion were not urgent and were also not friendly, and for television entertainment it was already outdated, where other hotels already had netflix..here it was still on indihome tv channels..and for the check-in staff who were diligent...how come there was only 1 employee serving check-in..while the officers there seemed unwilling to serve guests because it was not their job desk..even though the officer was free

A fun hotel next to the mall, comfortable, clean, and all the staff are friendly.

The hotel staff was good, but when we asked for a trolley to carry our things, the staff replied that the trolley couldn't go inside. There aren't any trolleys for carrying things that go all the way to the front of the room.
