I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep, and all the little details—from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful amenities—really stood out. It felt like a home away from home, but with a touch of luxury. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was well-maintained, and there was a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. I especially appreciated how clean and organised everything was. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always ready to help with a smile.

I had a really lovely stay at the Overcliffe Hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and the room was cosy, fresh and well maintained. It was clear that care is taken to make guests feel at home. A great hotel with friendly people, good service and a relaxing feel. I would happily recommend the Overcliffe Hotel and would definitely return.

We booked to use the downstairs bar and conservatory for a funeral wake. Thomas and Melissa came through for us, big time! A constant supply of hot drinks, and a really excellent buffet, again regularly replenished. With their help, we had a very relaxed atmosphere to share our memories of happier times, while celebrating the life of a much loved departed loved one.

Me and my boyfriend were welcomed with a very friendly owner, room was very clean and tidy. I broke my shoe and owners helped me to fix it and showed me where I could get a new pair. Overall a lovely hotel with lovely staff, definitely recommend to anyone.
