I was quite disappointed with the service regarding the lost item. I called and was told it wasn't there, but after checking with someone, I found it was there. It's a shame that even though I left a phone number, no one took the initiative to contact the guest. I hope housekeeping will be more honest and thorough.

Checked in, the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there were sawdust falling down, and the water wouldn't drain, the service was really bad, the room felt stuffy, the floor looked like it had never been cleaned, and the photos shown didn't match expectations, I was disappointed.

The breakfast is absolutely not enough. Just a bad amount of a bad jam in a bad bread. You should provide a nasi goreng as a minimum breakfast.

Banyak tungau gak bisa tidur gara-gara di gigit tungau seluruh badan gatel semua. Bantal berjamur gak di ganti, sarung bantal robek gak di ganti.

Kamar dan isinya beda dengan di foto. Sarapannya cuma dikasih teh/kopi 1 gelas, air mandi kadang bau. Untuk ukuran rate 250 ke atas terlalu tinggi dengan kamar seperti itu.

For just a 1-night transit with a limited budget, it still fulfills. But if it's old it doesn't fit because there is a school next door.
