I've stayed here twice. The first positive point upon check-in was the friendly and polite staff. I booked a deluxe seaview room, but it didn't look like the pictures; it only had one small window overlooking the sea. The furnishings seemed quite worn compared to my first stay (two years ago). The bed linens were fairly clean, but there were still a few stains. The bathroom had a slight odor, and the floor felt uncleaned. There was a bathtub, but I didn't dare use it. The hot and cold water worked well. Towels were provided. Overall, I found the room acceptable if you're not too picky. I had a fairly comfortable experience here, but if I visit again, I hope the room will be more thoroughly cleaned and feel cleaner upon arrival.

Annata Beach Hotel is a great choice for families with young children. Its location is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk, making it convenient for recreation and relaxation. The rooms are clean, airy, well-equipped, and safe for children. The staff are friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The atmosphere is quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are many amenities nearby, such as restaurants and convenience stores. My family is very satisfied; we've stayed here four times and will definitely return in the near future.

The hotel has a good location but is quite old. During our two-night stay, we were charged extra for two bottles of mineral water. Hot water was only available in the morning and evening; the rest of the time it was just lukewarm. Overall, I won't be returning.

The room floor needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. There are still stains and traces of poor cleaning. When reported to the staff, they handled it immediately and professionally. The location and food are quite ok.
