After finding out that this hotel provides family-friendly services, I went there with my partner and children. We really enjoyed their service in one of the fairly spacious junior suites. Specially thank you Ms. Nabila for your kindness.

The service is good, all the hotel staff are friendly, especially Ms. Nabiila, the best staff at Golden Tulip Bandar Lampung.

The amenities provided are excellent, from the welcome drink and cake to the room's cleanliness, and much more. The stunning ocean view from the balcony is also extraordinary, spacious, and clean, with chairs and a relaxing table. The staff, especially Nabila, was exceptionally impressive. Her service was excellent and very friendly.

The service is excellent. I always book with marketing representative Ms. Ovi. The prices are quite affordable compared to other hotels in its class. The front desk representative, Ms. Nabila, is also friendly. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious.

hotel with nice sea view there are beams in each room especially deluxe room type I only have a little complaint regarding the restaurant food type sausages are not free to take even the cook in the omelette/sausage/egg section complained there were women going back and forth up to 3 times for strange sausage food if you like it then you definitely take it again that means it's delicious, pudding and fruit are also not free to take unlike hotels of the same level which are free to take that's all thank you

The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Nabila, who is very friendly. However, the motorbike parking is not good, so the motorbike gets hot and gets rained on. Please fix it.

The hotel is nice. The room is clean. The bathroom also has clean sheets. The reception staff is friendly and fast service. The breakfast is okay, varied, and delicious. I only have one complaint. My room faces the sea. There is a balcony to sit on. Chairs and a table are provided. It should be comfortable, so you can see the city in the distance with twinkling lights. But it doesn't last long because it's hot. The outside AC unit is placed there. So you can't sit outside for long.

Please provide hot water (shower and sink). It only stays warm for a few minutes at first, but it doesn't stay hot after that.

Everything is ok, only the room AC takes a while to cool down.

A very comfortable hotel for a vacation, the location is close to tourist attractions and the city center, the rooms are also very spacious and have a sea view so it is very suitable for a vacation with family, and assisted by the Relations Officer Ms. Nabiila who was friendly and very helpful during our stay there, thank you Hotel Golden Tulip 🙏
