The room facilities are rather old, but the room is clean. The one-touch light control is somewhat inconvenient. The room is spacious and the price is reasonable.

The staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel was clean.

Calling the reception desk in the room was difficult; they took a long time to answer, and sometimes didn't answer at all. Of the two phone numbers, one was unreachable, and the other didn't answer at all. Luggage handling was non-existent and quite poor; even when asked, they only provided partial assistance, not full support. Soundproofing outside the room seemed quite bad; you could clearly hear footsteps, moving items, and door banging in the hallway from inside the room. It's hard to tell what could be heard from the outside. The bathroom wasn't very nice, and the makeshift toilet seemed broken, with one side loose and stained yellow. There was also a small plant near the sink that looked quite shabby and dirty.

The staff were cheerful and friendly. However, the furnishings and equipment in the room were old, and the room wasn't very clean. The soundproofing wasn't good, the air conditioning wasn't working, and we had to use a fan. Overall, the experience wasn't great 😊

I really don't have much hope because I only plan to stay for 1 night, but this is more like a motel than a hotel, the rooms are spacious, I don't have much to complain about. because there is no expectation. however, the hot water system is really bad, the shower system is difficult to use and the hot water is very little, I just took a shower for about 2-3 minutes, then the hot water ran out, I stood around and waited for more than 20 minutes to have a little more water. After rinsing my hair, I did not dare to take a bath because I was afraid of running out of hot water. In the middle of the night, I heard the sound of running water somewhere very clearly and didn't know where it came from (I was too scared to get out of bed). The staff is not friendly (this can be ignored because I don't expect much), the security guard saw the customer carrying the suitcase up the stairs but also ignored it as unrelated. Really, I think with the price of more than 400k, it's not worth it to stay 1 night!

Small room, close to noisy construction site

The space is tight, not commensurate with the price, so few breakfast options
