Stay Experience Sorry, I'm not impressed with this hotel. When checking in, the FO staff informed us that breakfast would be delivered to our room tomorrow at 7-10 am. We chose 7:00 am because we had to rush to the hospital. We entered the room without a bellboy to help with our luggage. The large 180x200 mattress was very HARD and I woke up with a backache, the 2 pillows were already worn out and thin, the sheets and duvet had lots of stains. I just went to sleep because I was so tired from the trip. The next morning at 7 am, breakfast was still not delivered. I called and said it was being prepared, but it was only delivered to my room at 7:30 am. I asked the staff who delivered it nicely, "Why are you late, sir? We ordered it at 7:00 am in a hurry because we had to go to the hospital." The staff didn't answer at all, just walked away. There was no apology from him or the front desk staff when we checked out. The food was 7/10, but the hospitality was 3/10. Perhaps management could conduct excellent service training to improve staff performance. For now, I'm just sorry to stay here once.
