cheap price but spacious room, right in the center so easy to move between locations room is quite clean, has a dusty wardrobe so can't put things in and minus 1 point the shower doesn't have hot water, showering is cold🥶 hotel has a quite large parking garage score 9/10

The hotel is near the back beach, convenient for traveling, however the table in the room is dirty, dusty, not soundproof, the receptionist is taciturn and not enthusiastic.

Ladies who go to this hotel, be careful, I came back before the day I booked, I paid in full, but when I came back, the hotel said they charged me an extra 200-300, (the way the hotel owner talks, ladies). Not to mention, the hotel is so big but doesn't have a hot and cold water machine, worse than the 1-star hotel in the alley I stayed in before, ladies. Damn, it's like that, I'm super dirty, covered in food from previous guests and all kinds of blood and gore. I don't know about the rooms that previous guests stayed in, but the room I stayed in didn't have all the amenities (there was no electric kettle, the TV was very old, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Not only that, the wardrobe was very dirty, and it was broken and kept making creaking noises, it scared the hell out of me). Not only that, when I went down to ask the receptionist, he yelled at me, he had an attitude, he glanced at me and then asked, "So do you still need it now?" I don't need it, why do I ask it, mom???) Not yet, the window is super dusty, even the curtain is like that, but why do you think it's on the head of the bed, the room is full of ants, I thought I was going on a trip and thought I was going to a zombie house, anyone going to Vung Tau, please avoid this hotel, if you've already booked it, when you check in, avoid room 906, not yet, the elevator is so crooked, the first day I went, I thought I was stuck, mom, I waited for 5 minutes but it didn't open. On November 17, there was a power outage from 6am to 6pm, but the hotel did not have a generator, so it was very overwhelming and hot. The hotel should notify guests in advance about the power outage schedule so they know.

We booked 02 rooms at the hotel on holiday time. The location is helpful for us to go to the beach. But the facilities (minibar and air conditional) is quite old in the room. My friend 's room (704) that the mini bar did not work and AC leaked water at night.

The quality is consistent with the number of stars of the hotel. The front desk staff does not fully support guests. My group went to book a room. As soon as 4 people opened the door, a musty smell hit my nose. When I opened the locker, I had to leave the locker door open 24 hours. /24 the floor was slimy, I went right away on Friday, the hotel didn't turn on hot water for guests so I had to take a cold shower and ask the receptionist to come up and check and I was told "yes" and then I didn't come up to check. The room's soundproofing is very bad. Should only give 1 star but add 1 star for the cute and enthusiastic security guard
