For that price, the hotel doesn't match the quality. The hotel's atmosphere is uncomfortable and creepy. The shower doesn't drain properly. The hotel's atmosphere is eerie because it's far from the city. It's a shame the hotel isn't well-maintained.

The hotel was neglected, with moss all over the swimming pool and a dead rat in it. The TV was out of service, and the rooms were poorly maintained.

The hotel is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. However, many of the facilities are no longer usable. Hopefully, they'll improve in the future.

Breakfast is not complete, only one menu. And the room rate is quite expensive.

Check in late at night, transit trip to Sangatta, the atmosphere at night felt a bit scary, not well maintained.

It is very unfortunate that this hotel is not well maintained, the room telephone is not available so that rest is disturbed by the sound of the wake-up service for sahur and the bathroom is quite scary, the glass is blurry and not maintained, the bathroom door is broken & the shower faucet does not function properly. Hopefully in the future there will be development and renovation so that it can be recommended as a favorite place to stay, especially since the view is good, right next to Lembah Permai Park and the hills, overall this hotel is good enough to compete with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, ballroom which are quite supportive.
