The hotel is very nice, spotlessly clean, and offers good value for the price. My only issue as a solo traveler was the bed setup—the room came with two small single beds, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. A single larger bed would have made a big difference.

The hotel is absolutely worth it, 500,000 Rupiah including breakfast. The food is also delicious.

All the food was delicious, with a variety of options each day. The hotel room was quite nice, but the bathroom was a bit stuffy and damp, and the floor felt sticky/greasy. Overall, the service was excellent.

It's homey, with all the staff friendly and quick to help even when we didn't ask for it. The bathroom is clean, the air conditioning is cool, the room is comfortable, and the pillows are double. I highly recommend staying here. I'll choose this hotel next time because of its proximity to the city center.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel because my mom has fallen in love with it and the friendly staff, especially Wulan, who patiently dealt with my complaint about the TV not being a smart TV. In the end, my son used a tablet to watch YouTube. Please replace all the TVs with smart TVs, not just the pool-view rooms. I was a bit annoyed at check-in because the female staff was a bit rude. It's been a long drive, and then I met a rude female staff member who barely smiled. She was a bit curt when I asked questions. I wish someone was as friendly as Wulan; they wouldn't have been so rude during check-in. The security guards were all very friendly, so why is the receptionist so rude? lol.

Our room is so clean, like a 5-star hotel. A comfort zone. We love the breakfast dishes, a lot of choices. The taste was so fantastic and amazing. Thank you so much for providing a good customer experience.

I stayed here for 2 nights. As for comfort, it was comfortable, and the cleanliness was spotless. There are only a few things that need to be improved: 1. Provide a trash can in the motorbike parking area, we had a hard time finding a trash can in the motorbike parking area, while the trash can is only at the end of the car park. 2. For the cleaning staff, if they want to clean a room while there are still guests, maybe it would be better if there is a request. Yesterday we were taking a nap at 2:30 PM, suddenly there was a bell asking whether or not the room wanted to be cleaned? Huh, is this one of the SOPs for offering to clean a room? Isn't it just disturbing the guest's rest time? Honestly, I was shocked when I was sleeping when I heard the bell. I woke up, confused as if someone was in a daze opening the door. So, my suggestion if you want to clean a room while there are still guests, just follow the occupant's request.

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at the Brits Hotel was quite memorable. Easy access, complete facilities, and friendly staff. Thank you, Brits Hotel. I'll be back again on my next Bali trip.

The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is accessible. The only downside is the restaurant: it's small, the menu lacks variety, and the taste isn't impressive.
