Staying here was a real treat, especially when we booked with a super low TikTok promo price. The hotel is truly at one with nature, allowing you to hear the sounds of animals both morning and night. I'd definitely come back here again. The kids loved riding the go-carts to the pool.

Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Puncak, this one is the most impressive with its total service, friendly crew, FO, restaurant, very family-friendly facilities with a mid-low price rate... This will be a regular... Seriously, I'll be back again soon...

Just want to give a little info, if possible before the customer checks in, try to check the room area again whether it is in accordance with the SOP or not. Yesterday I stayed at the room from the beginning when I entered the room, one bed had no sheets and the other one had and I wanted to inform by phone, but my husband said it was okay not to call so he could use my baby blanket that we brought from home, so in the end I didn't call, eh when I had checked out I got a WA from the hotel and he immediately asked about the sheets and duvet, finally I explained to him after that he didn't respond anymore. It's funny when there are people who bring sheets from the hotel like they can't afford to buy them. The point is to check the room again before the customer enters the room whether it is in accordance with the SOP or not so there is no misunderstanding between the customer and the hotel staff 🙏

Enjoying the end of a long holiday without worrying about GaGe regulations and one-way traffic, IPC Pelindo offers a pleasant accommodation with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This is our second stay here.

The location is close to the toll road, easy to reach, but it's a hassle if the traffic is one-way and the gate is blocked, so you have to go through the road and two small alleys. The swimming pool is small and in a different building, if it were in the same building, it would be easier to reach. Breakfast was changed due to the lack of guests, but the taste was okay. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, but it doesn't attract guests. Perhaps it's suitable for transit, seminars, and groups. The staff are friendly and kind.

Alhamdulillah, comfort was obtained with this hotel.

Excellent hotel staff and service. Will be back for a staycation with the family.
